Customer Needs — Analysis Platform

A needs-analysis tool for the 500+ agents at Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance. Built on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, Bedrock) with a Python backend and React/Angular front ends, packaged in Docker so it deploys the same way everywhere. It cut the time agents spend on a needs analysis by 60%.
